Santa Barbara-based CHK America, specialists in the visual communication of transportation data, have been selected via a competitive bidding process by Volusia County Florida to design route maps, schedules and system maps for Volusia County Transit (VOTRAN). That announcement was made today by Frederick A. Wood, President and CEO, CHK America.

CHK America’s in-house design, production and editorial experts will design the new system map ands schedules for VOTRAN, presenting their extensive service capabilities to the area’s very popular beach, commercial and residential areas. Situated on the east coast of Central Florida, the 47 miles of Atlantic Ocean beaches are a world class playground, with beachfront cities including Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach and New Smyrna Beach.
