March 10, 2015 — CHK America President and CEO, Rick Wood announced today that the company has been hired by Montgomery County Transit (Ride On) to continue with the development of wayfinding and customer information products. The suite of products includes pocket timetables and transit information aids along with system and neighborhood maps.

CHK America will use its Best Practice approach to customer information design to create a suite of new customer information products for Ride On. “CHK America has enjoyed working with Montgomery County Transit for many years. We understand the goals they are striving to achieve,” said CHK America President and CEO Rick Wood. “Through better communication of service options, we are confident that pairing CHK’s wayfinding solutions with this premier suburban transit agency will help to increase ridership and customer satisfaction.”
