- At-Stop Panels
Take the mystery out of generic bus and rail stops. Our at-stop panels identify all of the transit service available from a given stop and include a helpful, “you are here” marker to quickly orient the transit customer. At-Stop Panels also incorporate the amount of time a rider can anticipate it will take to arrive at subsequent stops, creating a sense of confidence about using public transit.
These panels are small, agile, and suitable for deployment at hundreds of stops. Once the information is prepared, we can secure and install the ideal hardware to complement existing bus stop fixtures.
- Station and Bay Diagrams
At multi-modal points of transfer, help your customers quickly identify connecting buses and trains with ease. Our Station and Bay Diagrams coupled with our trademarked Spider Maps® highlight for customers the various transportation options available at a given station and where to stand to catch the next appropriate bus or train to continue their trip. These diagrams are also useful tools to identify service levels for individual routes.
Upon design completion, we can also construct and install hardware to fit into any station or facility space, no matter how big or small.
- Neighborhood Maps
Orient arriving passengers to neighborhoods that surround a rail station or transit hub. With your facility as the, “you are here” focus, we incorporate richly detailed, three dimensional illustrations to visually depict nearby points of interest and local destinations. Naturally, these wayfinding maps also include important route and schedule information.
When the map is approved for use, we’ll build and install display equipment that fits the surroundings to maximize utility, aesthetics and durability.
- Spider Maps
Feature all of the services and travel options available from a single multi-modal hub. Our signature Spider Maps® emphasize connectivity, and when paired with our Station & Bay Diagrams, helps riders identify where to catch the correct service to get to their intended destination.

- Signage and Kiosk Hardware
We can help your transit system get noticed with attractive, durable, weather-resistant signage and kiosk systems. Whether you are looking for a two-, three-, or four-sided kiosk or a purpose-built multiple-panel display, we can design, fabricate and install the perfect solution.
Our signage and kiosk hardware products pair ideally with CHK America’s proprietary information wayfinding design systems, however we can also provide customized hardware to accommodate your in-house prepared materials.
- System Maps
Show your customers the full extent of your network by displaying your entire service area in map form. Our specialty is diagrammatic maps, which research shows is easier for your transit riders to understand. We strip away all of the unnecessary information, such as extraneous geography and points of interest and only include those landmarks that help your customers best utilize your transit system.
As with all of our products, once you provide your approval, we can print and deliver your system map according to your specifications.
- Schedule Leaflets and Brochures
Provide route specific information for your customers who simply prefer the details of only one route or line, are in need of more concise information for a given type of service (i.e. “12-Minute Map”). With our design expertise, dense, complex information such as timetables and route maps transforms into approachable, user-friendly material.
Schedule brochures are ideal for print and web distribution, especially for locations serving a high volume of transit customers.
- Speciality Location Maps
Many transit system serve high-profile, unique, or otherwise important places, such as sports stadiums and conference centers. We can help your system establish an eye-catching, positive presence at these locations. Whether through printed materials or digital solutions, we can place your transit service in the context of airports, historic landmarks, parks, notable activity corridors, etc.
We are also versed in preparing special-purpose information products for events, service interruptions and detours or similar temporary solutions.
